Invest Marbella is owned by Christine Dugdale who has a family history in the Real Estate business. Her family own Estate Agency chains throughout the UK, including well known brands such as Whitegates, Cornerstone and Yorkshires Finest.

Before moving to Spain Christine spent 10 years heading up a team for a UK property company with an extensive portfolio, including residential, commercial, retail and industrial properties. Christine was involved with every aspect of the running of the portfolio including acquisitions, sales, refurbishment, substantial building projects, project management, legal contracts, commercial tenancy agreements, rent reviews, litigation, planning laws, planning permissions, etc. Her work also involved the complete refurbishment of a prestigious property in St Johns Wood, London involving compliance with strict planning criteria (Listed Building Consent, Conservation Area Consent, etc) and overseeing the planning, design and build process through to completion.

Christine moved to Spain many years ago and continued working in the property sector where she has gained more than 15 years experience in the Real Estate market of Marbella with a clear understanding of Spanish Real Estate Law and Planning law.

Christine’s children were all born and are being raised in Marbella so she has a full insight into living life to the fullest in Marbella and everything it has to offer. She speaks fluent English and Spanish.

Christine has formed an excellent business network in Marbella enabling her to source many off market opportunities.
